The DTL is a non-profit based site which provides information to traders as to how many trades a registered person (Ordered by usernames) has on our file. Traders must first register their username with the DTL, and will recieve a registration number. This registration number will be on our files and must be given by the person whom the registered trader traded with along with the persons rating of the trade for the trade to be logged. (Please see the "Report a trade" section for further explanation)
The DTL works on an "out of 5" rating system. (ie; (5/5) Means that the trader has recieved 5/5 ratings on all trades that have been registered. If you have had a succesful trade with someone who is registred on this site, use the contact form on the "Report A Trade" page to register a trade with us to have points awarded to the trader.
Our site works in close association with the
Good Traders Registry to prevent fraudulent trades of diecast items. We encourage diecast traders to contact either the GTR or us if you have been potentially scammed. We are more than willing to take on those who take the fun out of the hobby. "Fraud is fraud, defrauding collectors is no different".
